How I Can Do Excellent for India 

This is my second post but in my real sense this is first. I want to say that if you wanted to change country, society or yourself then you can refer this. The purpose to write this is to give a guideline for myself. Or if someone who feel that this can be useful for them; they can refer.

Sometime I see lot many people talk about Modi, sometime about AAP, that they will change the future of India. I do not see this context from the same glass. I see this as people are handing over this responsibility to anyone, who can make the people live in the dream without knowing their action plan. I will explain this with a example which I am familiar to...

In a joint family often members don't take the responsibility of their own contribution. And they feel the head of family will clean everybody's dust. But we shall also understand this is the blonder. Individual accountability is something which is very important in my understanding. Personally I also believe, policing on individual's accountability is also impossible. It comes from within. 

Actually becoming a leader or more appropriate will be corrupt leader is a process. And we all are involved in this. If to someone or anyone you will give the very valuable thing without asking what you are expecting in return. How there will be higher return on investment (vote), what is the process to achieve it. Why we are expecting that the person who is siting other side of the table will do justification and then when ball is in his court. I also not mean here that all the 100% time you will get wrong result of your trust. But blind worship can give the same kind of result as we are getting. 

For a person like me previously there were rare option like voting for the honest candidate without knowing his/her party, cast or religion. But now options are more in the form of NOTA. 

There are lot many people who say nation first, but in the next second they start from religion first then cast first and so on and so forth. When we get in the argument they say "no no nation is always first but if situation will come then we have to look for the our religion". I wanted to ask them "Why? Then where will be your nation? And the act which you will perform it will make your nation strong or week?"

So be clear what is your ultimate goal. For today I can say yes my goal is to make my family financially independent. And also I am clear that until & unless my action is directly not taking the space of someone else, all the works are doable for me. Here to state all this points is not to show someone that I am very moral or immoral, but this is who am I. 

And I feel that if I am accountable for myself then I am contributing in all the group of which I am part of. I will excel myself.......! Vehicle dose not matter I am wheel; my job is to perform. And this the best thing for my satisfaction. 

Reader can either follow the rule which I have made for me if this gives you satisfaction. Or they have to identify what works for them, decide your way of doing achieving your satisfaction. My best wishes are with you.
